- Learnership: Electrician (1 position)
- Learnership: Boilermaker Plater (2 positions)
- Location: Mototolo Mine, South Africa
These positions are entry-level, full-time learnerships that provide both classroom-based and practical training within real mining operations.

Minimum Entry Requirements
To qualify for this learnership, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Option 1 – Matric Requirement
- Matric with Mathematics (not Maths Literacy), Physical Science, and English, each with at least 40 percent.
Option 2 – N2 Certificate or Higher
- N2 or above in the relevant discipline with the required trade-related subjects:
- Boilermaker Plater: Plating & Structural Steelwork/Welders Theory and Plating Structural & Steelwork Drawings.
- Electrical: Electrical Trade Theory, Electrotechnology, Electrotechnics, and Industrial Electronics or Engineering Drawings.
Option 3 – NCV Level 4 Qualification
- NCV Level 4 in the appropriate trade, with all subjects passed at a minimum of 40 percent.
Documents Required When Applying

- Certified copies of all academic qualifications
- A certified South African ID copy
- Proof of residence (for host community applicants only, stamped by a tribal office or local municipality)
Incomplete or missing documentation will unfortunately result in disqualification.
